Gruete Winery was founder on the vision and passion of French winemaker and patriarch Gilbert Gruet. World-class winemaker Laurent Gruet embraced his father Gilbert Gruet's legacy and has been producing outstanding American sparkling and still wines in New Mexico for over 25 years. Gruet Brut was our first wine, released in 1989. It remains our classic, flagship sparkling wine.
